How it works

  1. 1.Download the CSV template, or the Excel version with category and tone dropdowns already set up, so no row gets rejected for a typo.
  2. 2.Fill one row per product: keywords, category, tone, and optionally the language you sell in.
  3. 3.Upload the file and watch rows complete in place. The job keeps running on the server, so you can close the tab and come back to it.
  4. 4.Open any finished row to review it, or export the whole batch as CSV when the job is done.

Questions

How many Etsy listings can I generate at once?

Up to 200 rows per upload. Each row still counts as one generation against your monthly quota, so the practical batch size is whatever you have left that month: 300 a month on Pro, 1,000 on Studio.

What format does the CSV need to be in?

Keywords, category, and tone columns, with an optional language column. There is a downloadable template, plus an Excel template with dropdown validation for the category and tone values so you cannot mistype them.

What happens if I close the browser mid-batch?

The job runs on the server, not in your browser. Closing the tab or navigating away does not stop it, and returning to the bulk page reconnects you to the job still in progress.

Can I edit listings after a bulk run?

Yes. Every generated listing is saved to your account, where you can open it, copy individual fields, or regenerate it on its own.
