The service

This service generates SEO-optimized product listing text (title, description, tags) for Etsy sellers, using AI models, from a photo and/or keywords you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it to any marketplace.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you choose, through our payment processor, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and applicable sales tax. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a generation limit and a reset schedule (e.g. daily or monthly, depending on your plan) as described on the Pricing page or in your account settings at the time. We may change these limits, the reset schedule, or which features are included in a given plan going forward, including for existing subscribers, but we will not reduce the limit of a plan you have already paid for during the billing period you paid for it. Where we reduce a paid plan's ongoing limit, we will give existing subscribers on that plan at least 14 days' notice (by email or in-app) before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then under our standard cancellation terms.

We may offer promotional bonus generations, including through a referral program, at our discretion. Bonus generations have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded, are subject to the anti-abuse limits described where the promotion is offered, and may be revoked if we determine in good faith that they were obtained fraudulently or through abuse of the program (for example, self-referrals or fake accounts).

Acceptable use

You may not use this service to generate listings for counterfeit, illegal, or marketplace-policy-violating products. We may suspend accounts that violate this. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited content and platform use.

Third-party account connections

If you choose to connect a third-party account (such as Etsy) to this service, you authorize us to access data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy, and you remain solely responsible for complying with that third party's own terms of service. We are not responsible for that third party's availability, accuracy, or changes to its API or policies, and we may disable a connection without notice if the third party requires it.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tagcraft.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use this service.

Intellectual property

You own the listing text generated for you and may use it freely on Etsy or elsewhere. We own the service itself: its software, design, and branding. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the Acceptable use section above, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Generated content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that generated listings will improve sales, rankings, or comply with every marketplace's current policies; marketplace rules change, and you are responsible for verifying compliance before publishing. AI-generated text, including any material, dimension, or care-instruction claims inferred from a photo, may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of generated content before publishing it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman Pastushenko is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including lost sales or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are processed by our payment processor, who acts as Merchant of Record.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Roman Pastushenko harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you generate and publish through this service, or from your violation of these terms.

Dispute resolution and class action waiver

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) may proceed in court instead of arbitration.

If you are a consumer located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this section applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence; nothing here limits your right to bring a claim before your local courts or a competent consumer authority where local law guarantees that right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This service is operated by Roman Pastushenko, based in Georgia (the country).

DMCA / copyright policy

If you believe content processed through this service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@tagcraft.app including: identification of the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act and that the information is accurate. We will review and, where appropriate, restrict or remove access to the identified content.

Export regulation

You may not use this service if you are located in, or a national of, a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Notices and waiver

We may send notices to the email associated with your account; you may send legal notices to support@tagcraft.app. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without any obligation to compensate you.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers we depend on (hosting, AI, payment, or email providers), natural disasters, or acts of government.

Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.

Compliance with law

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of this service, including any laws governing the sale of products in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you sell into.

Survivability

Sections that by their nature should survive termination of your account — including Indemnification, Limitation of liability, Intellectual property, and Dispute resolution and class action waiver — remain in effect after your account is closed.

Electronic communications

By using this service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and by notices posted on the service. You agree that these satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
