This policy describes what you may not do with this service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

You may not use this service to generate listing text for:

• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
• Illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances
• Products that violate Etsy's (or any target marketplace's) prohibited items policy
• Content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresents the product being sold
• Hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material

Prohibited platform use

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent generation limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or provide API-like access to this service to third parties without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models
• Use automated means to create multiple free accounts to exceed the Free plan's limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure or other users' access to it
• Mass-generate near-duplicate listings intended to manipulate Etsy's (or any target marketplace's) search rankings or spam its search results

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Paid subscriptions terminated for policy violations are not entitled to a refund for the remaining billing period.
